back/front focus problem

hi there:)
i've just realise my focusing lately is abit out..
and i carried our the test for the back and front focus using a chart..
and i realise my camera got front focus problem..
is it the lense problem or my camera problem that got the back/front focus problem??

Could be either one, or both. Try your body with other lens, and your lens on other body to verify.

thanks cy.. i've tried with 85mm and 50mm,
the 85 mm shows about 5mm front focus,
where as the 50mm shows 10mm front focus..
tried both with 2 cam, and shows almost similar problem...
so, is camera and lense problem?

If both camera also got same issue then its the lens.
